Gulf Shores Part 3

We took our 3rd and last trip to Gulf Shores for the summer. This time we met up with friends from Baton Rouge. The Dixon's, Siener's & the Young's all joined us for some summer fun. We had a full house - 8 adults and 4 kids.

When we got there the kids got right after it, playing with each others toys. Below is a picture of Connor and Zoe Dixon.

The next day Connor and Zoe enjoyed some time in the pool.

Later on that night, Chuck took all of us on a boat ride. The kids really enjoyed it.

It was a short weekeend but well worth the time we got to spend with friends. Thanks Grandpa for letting us use the house again!

Aquarium of the Americas

On July 24th Connor took his first trip to the Aquarium with Mom, Dad, Ma Mere & Uncle Ryan. Connor really enjoyed looking at all of the fish and tried to grab many of them.

For those who haven't experienced the Aquarium in New Orelans, you start your experience by walking under the Carribean Reef with all kinds of different Gulf Fish swimming over your head. The Stingrays were Connor's favorite to watch.

There is a new kid's area called Adventure Island where they have touch pools with different animals. The day we went, you could touch a shark and a stingray. Connor loved crawling around on the floor near the "sunken" pirate ship and climbing on the big sea turtles.



We continued on to the Gulf of Mexico exhibit with the big glass windows where we could see the huge sharks and sea turtles. Connor waved goodbye to his friends at the Aquarium.

On July 24th we were suprised when we went to wake up Connor in the morning and this is what we found.....

Of course now he loves to stand up in the crib anytime he wakes up. No matter what time it is.

July 4th Weekend

We had a big weekend visiting with our friends and family on July 4th we went to the Lagarde's for their annual celebration. Connor had a good time play with all of the kids.

On July 5th we took a trip up to Grammie & Poppa at Poppa's Place in Springfield. We got to swim in the pool and even took a trip down the waterslide.

Sandestin AGC Convention

At the end of June we spent some time in Sandestin at the Louisiana AGC Conference with Ma Mere & Uncle Ryan. From wading in the swimming pool to hanging out under the umbrella at the beach, we all had a wonderful time.

For family night we all dressed in team colors and I wanted to dress just like my favorite football player....UNCLE RYAN!!
