Atlanta - Georgia Aquarum, World of Coke

During our time in Georgia, we took a overnight trip to Atlanta. We had a great day visiting the Georgia Aquarium, the New World of Coke & Centennial Park.

Connor helps Momma wrap up her work for the night. We have a big day ahead of us!
The Georgia Aquarium sits on 9 1/2 acres of land next to the New World of Coke and Centennial Olympic Park, with an exterior designed to look like a giant ship breaking through a wave. Opened in November of 2005, the massive tourist attraction is the world's largest aquarium, holding over 8 million gallons of water, with 100,000 animals representing over 500 species. The aquarium's multiple viewing galleries feature wildlife ranging from whale sharks and African black-footed penguins to a giant octopus and little Nemo look-alikes.

Connor watches the fish swim into the entrance to the Aquarium.
